Who Are We

Founded in August 2002 by two partners who firmly believed there was an opening for an Estate Agents that would embrace the old fashioned values of service combined with the very latest in technology, Seasons have gone from strength to strength. As a result of this success Seasons relocated in March 2004 to larger more prominent and highly visible offices situated at the end of the bridge in East Looe.

The Team

The staff at the Looe office is led by director, Peter Raw an Estate Agent for over 20 years. Peter moved to Cornwall in 1985 after beginning his career a few years earlier in West Sussex. Since moving to the area Peter has always worked in South East Cornwall and therefore has an excellent knowledge of the area, its housing and in particular its market. Supporting Peter in the office are senior lettings negotiator Penny Sykes, senior negotiator Theresa Hodgkinson, and negotiator Mel Chown all of whom have experience in the local area and a desire to help you achieve your objective. Our Business

Seasons Estate Agents are experienced in dealing with the sale of all types of residential property, commercial, land, new homes, business transfer, property manamgement, and lettings. We are happy to advise on all methods of sale including Auction, Formal and Informal Tender and of course the more common and traditional method – sale by private treaty. We are experienced valuers and undertake probate and matrimonial valuations as well as offering advise on most matters concerning property. We have access to a full range of specialists such as chartered surveyors, structural engineers etc and would be pleased to recommend any of these should they be required.
