Founded in 2002 by two partners who firmly believed there was an opening for an Estate Agents that would embrace the old fashioned values of service combined with the very latest in technology, Seasons have gone from strength to strength and are now one of the leading independent Estate Agents in the area.

Our Business

Seasons Estate Agents are experienced in dealing with the sale of all types of residential property, commercial, land, new homes, business transfer, property management, and lettings. We are happy to advise on all methods of sale including Auction, Formal and Informal Tender and of course the more common and traditional method - sale by private treaty. We are experienced valuers and undertake probate and matrimonial valuations as well as offering advise on most matters to do with property. We have access to a full range of specialists such as chartered surveyors, structural engineers, solicitors etc and would be pleased to recommend any of these should they be required.
