We offer two services to Landlords, Managed and Tenant Find Service.

Landlords Fees & Charges

(inclusive of vat, where applicable)
As of 01 June 2019

Managed Service:

£390 payable at the start of each new tenancy plus an ongoing management fee calculated at 15% of the monthly rent received

Tenant Find Service:

12% of the first six months’ rent subject to a minimum fee of £600, payable at the start of each new tenancy

Deposit Registration (Managed Only) £60.00
Serving of section 8 & 21 notices £40 each
Gas Safety Inspection and certificate at cost
Duplication of keys £6.00 plus costs
Professional Charges in connection with additional services £60.00 per hour
Tenancy Renewal Fee
(for the preparation & execution of new tenancy agreement to an existing tenant)		 £120.00

Professional Independent Inventory & Schedule of Condition
(undertaken and charged for at the beginning of the tenancy)		 £160.00
Professional Independent Check out report & Schedule of Condition
(undertaken and charged for at the end of a tenancy if using our managed service or at the beginning of a tenancy when using our tenant find service)		 £160.00
