Details of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before any development begins and the development shall be carried out as approved.
An application for approval of reserved matters must be made no later than the expiration of 3 years from the date of this decision and the development hereby approved shall commence no later than 2 years from the final approval of the reserved matters or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter of approval.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the plans listed under the heading "Plans Referred to in Consideration of this Application".

Interested parties are welcome to view the plot without appointment but we would ask that you do not enter the neighbouring gardens and that you park considerately and do not impede the access to other drives or garages.
The owner of the plot believes that drainage from the dwellings above may run through the site and this would obviously have to be diverted depending on the position of the new property.
From our office proceed over the bridge into West Looe and follow the main A387 towards Polperro. After passing the entrance to the main car park on your right, take the second left into Goonwartha Road. Follow this road and take the second left and the plot can be found at the end in the left hand corner next to the footpath.
