Due to the age and construction of the property a mundic test has been undertaken.
This was carried out on 31 August 1999, 10 samples were taken and although 2 were class A the others could not be classified without a stage 2 examination. The surveyor who carried out the test stated that a stage 2 examination was unlikely to provide a satisfactory classification.
As a result of this the property would not normally be accepted as suitable security for a mortgage therefore it will only be available to cash buyers.
