The owners of the villa are required to register their vehicle with the resort thus allowing it to be parked close to the villas. A second vehicle can be registered for additional parking in the main car park.

The owner informs us that the current service charge is £1025.20 per annum and that the ground rent is £206 per annum.
Restrictions on Use
A covenant in the lease states that the property can only be used as a holiday bungalow and not during the months of November, December, January and February in each year. We are aware that other properties on the holiday village have had this amended and can now be used all year round for holiday use, with the exception of the period from and including 15 January to and including the last day of February in each year.
The property is being sold as seen apart from a few of the owners personal possession. There is also access to the under floor via a hatch under the coconut mat.
Proceed out of Looe towards Plymouth, after passing the Railway Station take the next right and follow this road to the top of the hill. Continue past St Martins church on your left and take the next right, just before Looe Bay Holiday Park, signposted Millendreath. Continue down the hill and just prior to the beach you will see the holiday village on your right. Park in the car park (pay and display) walk over the bridge and bear right. Number 106 can be found just over half way along the road on your left.
