The holiday home is for holiday and recreational use only between 1 March and 31 December each year.

General Information
Should you sell the holiday home then a commission of 15% plus vat , based on the selling price, is payable to the park.

Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After a couple of miles you will pass a petrol station on your left and Atlantis Retirement Home. Continue on the main road and take the next left signposted Killigarth, prior to descending the hill into Polperro. Follow this road and after a short distance you will see the main entrance to Killigarth Manor Holiday Park (John Fowler Holidays) on your left. Continue past this and take the next right into Park Road. On entering the Park take the second left, then bear left and follow the park road, 219 can then be found on your left.
