The owners season is from 1 February to 3rd January whilst the holiday letting season is from the February half term through to 11 November. Owners receive ten passes for the entertainment facilities and enjoy discounts on a variety of other things such as food and drink.

Dogs are welcome on site although it is limited to two per holiday home and the park reserves the right to refuse certain breeds.

Take the A387 out of Looe towards Liskeard and Plymouth, after passing the railway station take the right hand fork onto the B3253 signposted Plymouth. Continue on this for a short distance and turn right into Looe Bay holiday Park which is immediately after the right turn to Millendreath. On entering the site via the first of the two entrances, turn right and follow the road past the shop and take the right turn into Millendreath Crescent. Number 300 is towards the end on your left.
