Close to the resort town of Looe is Millendreath, a small village that lies at the foot of a wooded valley in a sheltered cove. Although home to some residential properties Millendreath is predominately a holiday village which in recent years has undergone extensive modernisation and re- branding to Millendreath Beach Resort. As well as boasting its own south facing beach that at low tide has pleasant soft sands and numerous rock pools to explore, the complex also has a seasonal cafe/bistro and bar overlooking the beach. Set in 65 acres of private woodland and with the South West Coast Path running through the resort, Millendreath is a wonderful spot to get away from it all – the perfect base for exploring the best that Cornwall has to offer.

Set into the hillside and extending inland from the beach, the villas are all approached over stepped paths from the resort road. 137 Hillside Villas is located at the far end of the complex just a few hundred yards or so from the beach, on the third tier, from where it enjoys panoramic countryside views from the front elevation windows and sea views from the sun deck. In good decorative order throughout the accommodation is approached over your own private sun deck/balcony and from here you have superb views across the resort and out to sea as well as over the valley to the neighbouring countryside. Of course the sun deck is also perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, as well as al fresco dining. Once inside the accommodation you will be pleasantly surprised at how open and spacious it feels. A uPCV double glazed door from the sun deck/balcony opens into the open plan living room, this has a well fitted kitchen to one end complete with white units and contrasting worksurfaces. Here you will also find a built in dishwasher and under counter fridge as well as a built in oven and hob. Doors lead off the living room to an inner hall and two bedrooms. The inner hall provides coat hanging space, a useful fitted cupboard and door to the bathroom. The two bedrooms are currently set up as a double and twin with bunk beds, both have fitted wardrobes. The double is to the front where a picture window affords countryside views, Throughout the villa there is uPVC double glazing and independent electric heaters. An added advantage with this particular villa is that it has a cellar beneath that is accessed from a concealed hatch in the living room. Fixed steps give access and here you will find the hot water cylinder. This particular villa has been set up and used as a successful holiday let and is being sold furnished and equipped as seen together with the benefit of any outstanding bookings.

Living/dining/kitchen, inner hall, bathroom, two bedrooms, under floor cellar.

Large sun deck/balcony to the front with railings on three sides.
