Tenure
The lodge is held on licence until 21st March 2042.
There is an annual pitch fee to pay and for 2025/2026 this is £4,478 inclusive of vat. This is reviewed and payable each year on 1 February.
The lodge is for holiday and recreational use only, it cannot be used as your only or main residential home. You are entitled to use the lodge each year from 01 March to 31 January. The lodge cannot be hired out, it can only be used by the owners and their family.

Directions
Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After approximately 2 miles you will find a right turn signposted Oaklands Park. Follow this road for a few hundred yards and take the right hand turn sign posted site office. Follow the main park road around to your left and continue towards the end of the road taking the second turning right, number 19 is the first one on your right.
Note: Oaklands Park is on the bus route and a stop is situated at the end of the road just a few hundred yards from the park.
