Located on Cornwall's south coast, Killigarth Manor is a superb Holiday Park that offers the perfect mix of facilities, thus making it ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy their free time, as well as those who want a more active break. Situated just a short distance from Talland Bay and within easy reach of the shops, pubs and harbour at Polperro it is also close to the seaside resort of Looe and just a short walk from the South West coastal path. As a base for touring Cornwall,The Eden Project, Tintagel, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and other landmarks are all easily accessible, as are Plymouth and Truro for those who prefer shopping and or the theatre. If you prefer to stay on the park then you can take advantage of an excellent range of facilities including a heated indoor pool and a clubhouse that provides entertainment during the main season.
Occupying one of the best positions on the Park this three bedroom detached holiday lodge enjoys views through the valley towards Talland Bay and the surrounding countryside. Situated on Valley View it enjoys the best of both worlds, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings and it is also close enough to the facilities for those who wish to take part and enjoy them. Offered for sale furnished and equipped as seen (with the exception of the owners personal possessions) the lodge provides comfortable accommodation that has the benefit of both central heating and double glazing as well as a sun deck to the front that affords sea views and provides space for al fresco dining or just relaxing. The bedrooms comprise one double, one twin and one with bunk beds, all having fitted furniture. There is a bathroom and shower room, the latter also accessed from the main bedroom. The open plan living room is both light and spacious with doors opening onto the sun deck whilst the kitchen is well fitted with some integrated appliances. Outside the lodge there are grassed areas and just a few yards away there is an allocated parking space.

The pitch fee is reviewed annually and is due for payment on or before 31 January each year.

Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After a couple of miles you will pass a petrol station on your left and Atlantis Retirement Home. Continue on the main road and take the next left signposted Killigarth, prior to descending the hill into Polperro. Follow this road and after a short distance you will see the main entrance to Killigarth Manor Holiday Park (John Fowler Holidays) on your left. Continue past this and take the next left into Valley View where you will find the lodge on your left. Please proceed past the lodge and bear left into the parking area where you will find space to park and walk back to the lodge.
