your only or main permanent residence).
You are entitled to use the caravan each year from 01 March to 31 January.
The caravan cannot be hired out, it can only be used by the owners and their family.
Pets are only permitted with the written permission of the Park Manager.
Permission may be withdrawn if the animal is a nuisance
Should you sell the caravan during the period of the licence a commission of 15% plus vat based on the selling price is payable to the site.
Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After approximately 2 miles you will find a right turn signposted Oaklands Park and Trelaske. Follow this road and take the first turning left into Oaklands Park and then immediately left. Number 109 can be found just a few yards along on your right.
