Use
For holiday and recreational purposes only (and not as your only or main permanent residence).
You are entitled to use the caravan from 01 March to 31 January in each 12 month period. The Park is closed every February.
The caravan cannot be hired out, it can only be used by the owners and their family.

General Information
Pets are only permitted with the written permission of the Park Manager.
Permission may be withdrawn if the animal is a nuisance.
Should you sell the caravan during the period of the licence a commission of 15% plus vat based on the selling price is payable to the site.


Directions
Proceed out of Looe towards Polperro on the A387. After approximately 2 miles you will find a right turn signposted Oaklands Park. Follow this road for a few hundred yards and take the right hand turn sign posted site office. Call into the office and a member the Oaklands Team will show you round.
